- Speak less, listen more. When you do speak, make it count. People will value your words if you speak with intention.
- Avoid arguments—especially on religion, politics, and controversial topics. Agree peacefully or walk away. Arguing often drags you into negativity.
- Think before you speak. Words once spoken can’t be taken back. Take time to reflect before responding.
- Be humble and respectful, even when others are not. Kindness never goes to waste—people always remember how you made them feel.
- Control your emotions. Let logic and wisdom lead. Emotions can cloud good judgment.
- Keep your plans private. What people don’t know, they can’t destroy. Move in silence.
- Avoid making conversations about yourself. Stay curious about others. It builds better relationships.
- Maintain eye contact and be confident. Aim for 50% eye contact while speaking, and 70% while listening. It shows presence and trust.
- Be original. Don’t copy others—there’s power in being uniquely you.
10. Only start what you can commit to. Half-hearted effort leads to disappointment. Be consistent.
- Silence is power. Don’t respond to hate or negativity—don’t feed what you don’t want to grow.
- Train your mind. Develop strong opinions through critical thinking. Understand your why, and don’t fear seeing things differently.
- Don’t follow the crowd blindly. Think independently. Let facts and values guide your choices.
- Avoid unnecessary drama. Stay away from manipulation and conflict—it wastes energy and peace.
- Ask meaningful questions. It shows you’re engaged, thoughtful, and interested.
- Don’t be always available. Value your time. Being too available can lead to being taken for granted.
- Stay active, stay growing. Don’t remain stuck. Keep learning, evolving, and becoming better.
